Woody and Holy Holy do Bowie 69-73 in London

“Holy, holy, Hold on to anyone...”

For those of you that didn't manage to get tickets for Holy Holy’s sold out Bowie set in Peckham on Thursday night (Dec 19th), you may be pleased to learn that there are a dozen or so tickets left for the Friday 20th show at The Lexington in King’s Cross, London. http://smarturl.it/HolyHolyDec20th - But hurry as they will be gone in an Aladdin Sane flash.

Keep reading for more info regarding the band, but bear in mind it may sell out while you’re reading!

Spiders from Mars drummer Woody Woodmansey will play David Bowie songs live with Holy Holy in London, 19-21 December

Maniac Squat Records is proud to present Holy Holy - a supergroup performing David Bowie classics from 1969-1973. On the drums will be one of the original Spiders from Mars, the legendary Woody Woodmansey, making a rare performance with a Bowie set. He'll be joined by a stellar line-up, including Rumer collaborator Malcolm Doherty, Spandau Ballet's Steve Norman, London-based pianist and singer Rod Melvin, keyboardist and singer Hannah Berridge Ronson (Mick's niece) and backing vocals from Maggi Ronson (Mick's sister) and Lisa Ronson (Mick's daughter).

Following the success of Holy Holy's debut gig at Latitude Festival in July 2013, Woody and the band wanted to play some more dates, and besides what could be better then Bowie at Christmas?

The gig details:
19 Dec, Peckham Pandemonium, SOLD OUT
20 Dec, Lexington, King's Cross, http://smarturl.it/HolyHolyDec20th
21 Dec, The Hospital Club, London.

The full Holy Holy line up is:

Malcolm Doherty (Rumer), guitar and vocals
Steve Norman (Spandau Ballet), sax, guitar, percussion and vocals
Rod Melvin (Ian Dury/Brian Eno), piano, vocals
David Donley (Glen Matlock), bass
Hannah Berridge Ronson, keyboards, recorder, vocals
Lisa Ronson (Secret History), vocals
